Big “O” Homecoming Show

The War and Treaty return to Macon on Sept. 10, 2022 to headline the Big “O” Homecoming Show with performances by Monophonics, Kendra Morris, DKOMX, Aläz and Reese Soul.
“Just two lovebirds singing without reverb” – what else can you say about The War and Treaty’s Tonya Blount Trotter and Michael Trotter Jr.? Still riding high on the strength of their 2020 album, Hearts Town, the duo began August performing a salute to Georgian Ray Charles at Lincoln Center in NYC and will end the month by embarking on their headlining tour, #HeartsOnFire.
Monophonics are referred to as “the world’s best psychedelic soul band.” Check out the band’s brand new album, Sage Motel, which American Songwriter says “captures the sound of ’70s Philly soul or Curtis Mayfield’s non-funk work with effortless grace.
