Piano-driven rock ‘n’ roll all the way from Austin, Texas, the Selfless Lovers, led by pianist, singer and saxophonist Nik Parr, will light up the ‘Bird with their energy. When asked by Sound and Soul Online’s Charlie Farmer in 2021 about Macon’s native son, Little Richard, Parr said, “Yeah man! Talk about front men! The energy that he has, the ability to work a crowd, and then having the piano becoming the focal point. It’s all this fun, it’s all energy. THAT’S what I’m into!”
