Uncle Dave’s Waycross Stagecoach

It’s a musical roadshow. It’s a carnival. It’s a 3-ring circus without the high wire and the clowns. It’s a wild west revue with snake oil medicine men in a traveling minstrel show. It’s chicken feathers and hoodoo, frog legs and voodoo. It’s Okefenokee swamp water, Georgia red clay, and soul music on a Saturday night. It’s Uncle Dave’s Waycross Stagecoach and it’s time to ride.

Five acts for the price of one band. It’s a traveling roadshow experience. A set by 4 artists, and then an all-star set at the end. Hosted by Uncle Dave Griffin, founder of the Gram Parsons Guitar Pull and Tribute Festival, and the Swamptown Getdown Music and Arts Festival – both held annually in Waycross.

The four featured acts for the Grant’s Lounge show are Dave Griffin himself, The Pine Box Dwellers, singer/songwriter/guitarist Andy Johnson, and fiddler Micah Bonn.
